WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE ARE ABOUT

I am Carrie Beth Shouse and Kansas City has been my home since birth.  I grew up in the Overland Park area and raised my sons in the Blue Valley School District area.  My love for my hometown has propelled me through the past 20+ years working as a Kansas City Realtor.  I am proud to of helped thousands of people buy and sell homes.

My husband, Jon Fultz became my business partner in 2021.  Jon's marketing analytic skills are invaluable to our business most importantly to our clients.  Jon keeps things running smoothly in the background by focusing on marketing, transaction coordination, and client financials. Our divide-and-conquer approach gives our clients elevated service in the Kansas City Metropolitan area. We pride ourselves on being a resource to our clients during and after the sale.  

We live in Brookside, KCMO in a cozy bungalow with our favorite four-legged dachshund, Roxi the KC Doxi.  We are proud parents to our four grown gentlemen whom we are incredibly proud of as well as grandparents to Avery & Anastasia.  We enjoy entertaining at home with family, neighbors, and clients who have turned into friends.  Our home is our heart and our door is always open.
